For those of you that have been following us on Instagram it is no secret that Dialight Production HQ has opened its doors in the heart of Dubai’s Art District known as Al Quoz. In this luxurious new space, we cater to photographers, designers, creatives and socialites in a photo-studio and event-based capacity. It is during one of these shoots (for Fleur Du Desert) that we discovered The Poet.
The Poet is a Dubai-based brand thatcrafts luxurious daywear, eveningwear and accessories utilising the most delicate of textiles and intricate craftsmanship to redefine elegance. The brand name; derived from the designer’s intimate memories is rich in the harmonic melodies of kind-rhymes narrated by her poet father during her childhood. This profound love of poetry is then delicately interpreted through dresses and frocks that glide across the skin in a whimsical, elegant and delightful take on femininity.
While THE POET.ae is soon to be launched, potential clients can place orders via their Instagram page while retail prices are categorised within their reels. Our favourites? The lilac-tulle number worn by Van of Bareface Middle East Models and the sunshine yellow dress worn by Minwa Al Hamed with delicate crystal detailing is calling our names for social events, iftar gatherings and wedding celebrations, the fresh-flower crowns by Fleur Du Desert are optional, of course.
